Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions, with a primary focus on Sales and Logistics roles.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and define job requirements.
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and support offer coordination.
- Organize and deliver onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
2. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Manage accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with Vietnamese labor regulations.
- Ensure proper calculation, declaration, and submission of statutory contributions, including:
- Personal Income Tax (PIT)
- Social Insurance (SI)
- Health Insurance (HI)
- Unemployment Insurance (UI)
- Coordinate with external payroll vendors or accounting firms when required.
3. People Administration & Records
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and related documentation.
- Track attendance, leave balances, and overtime records.
- Prepare periodic reports on headcount, turnover, and key people metrics.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Support a positive and compliant working environment through clear communication and timely issue resolution.
- Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters in accordance with the Vietnamese Labor Code.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
5. Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Support the localization and implementation of global or regional people policies.
- Ensure employees understand and comply with company policies and code of conduct.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee data, payroll information, and sensitive records in line with internal policies and data protection requirements.
