Job Description

Location: Phu Nhuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Working Hours: Monday Friday | 8:30 AM 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions, with a primary focus on Sales and Logistics roles.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and define job requirements.
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and support offer coordination.
  • Organize and deliver onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
2. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
  • Manage accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with Vietnamese labor regulations.
  • Ensure proper calculation, declaration, and submission of statutory contributions, including:
  • Personal Income Tax (PIT)
  • Social Insurance (SI)
  • Health Insurance (HI)
  • Unemployment Insurance (UI)
  • Coordinate with external payroll vendors or accounting firms when required.
3. People Administration & Records
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and related documentation.
  • Track attendance, leave balances, and overtime records.
  • Prepare periodic reports on headcount, turnover, and key people metrics.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Support a positive and compliant working environment through clear communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters in accordance with the Vietnamese Labor Code.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
5. Policy Implementation & Compliance
  • Support the localization and implementation of global or regional people policies.
  • Ensure employees understand and comply with company policies and code of conduct.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee data, payroll information, and sensitive records in line with internal policies and data protection requirements.
