Key Responsibilities:
- Post jobs, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
- Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation
- Maintain employee records and update the HR database
- Handle employee questions about policies and benefits
- Assist with performance management and HR reports
- Ensure compliance with employment laws
Requirements:
- English speaking, Mandarin is preferred
- Experience in an HR role
- Knowledge of HR functions and software
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Bachelors degree preferred
