Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with global and regional business objectives
  • Act as an HR Partner, providing guidance on talent management, organizational development, and change initiatives
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and promoting a positive workplace culture
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Manage the HRIS and HR Operations
  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and succession planning
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics & reports
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resources Management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • 12+ years of HR generalist experience in MNCs, with regional exposure is highly preferable; Experience in the trading industry is preferable
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align HR with business outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
  • Proven ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Good command of written & spoken English
  • High integrity, resilience, and a proactive mindset
