The Sr HR Manager is expected to provide strategic business partner role to the operations to respective BU leaders cross the board and all VN employees, drive productivity and business success with HRBP consultancy support, such as day to day site operation mainly from HR/Office admin , talent acquisition/Talent review/retention/motivation, employee engagement, talent development and management, company cultural and value continuous promotion, total rewards, rewards and recognition, employee relations, labor risks prevention, performance management, office administration, and vendor management, purchasing and other supporting function consultancy and overall site management responsibilities

HRBP Support, Including But Not Limited To

It includes but not limited to overall Moatable Inc.s Operation and its affiliated companies, including CN and US office when neeeded, cover and reference to all supporting function work, and specifically as below:

  • Proactively reach out to business leaders, function heads, stakeholders, immediate supervisor to understand business and critical assignment from time to time, provide total HR solutions and site operation total solutions across all levels, such as day to day people and team management, proactively address potential risks/issues on timely basis. To engage the team to make the best plan and deliver the best output. Help business make right decisions, drive business success, act as gatekeeper role to protect company best interests,
  • Proactively engage with biz initiatives, manage attendance, performance, productivity, design mechanism to enable Bus to contribute to revenue generation, drive engagements and morale, motivate people to achieve target KPI and foster the performance driving and result driven cultural.
  • Improve the recruiting, engagement/retention and organization effectiveness, ensure right people at right place, help to build effective team, organization structure, enable leadership so on and so forth that could drive lean and highly productive and innovative to continuous build site competitiveness in biz landscape; help to build company management mechanism, drive the right behavior and build culture that tight with Moatable guidance, so as for form the company synergy.
  • Policy/procedure continuous design, continuous improvement, particularly emphasis on communication, leading as role model for day-to-day execution, ambassador for company policy and company cultural. Drive Total recruiting framework and workforce plan, continuous build talent pool, succession plan, employee engagement, referral program, employer branding, continue to build self-developed recruiting resources, expand self-owned recruiting channels. Ensure to do exit and company HR metrics data analysis on quarterly basis, to measure ourselves output, and provide people side of business decision making basics.
  • In charge and drive HR projects/programs: New Hire Program, Engagement Program (including local Reward and Recognition monthly Program, Total Recruiting Frame Work, Organization & Talent development & Company Cultural program, Total Reward and Company/Benefits Structure, Performance Mgt, maintain the historically built traditional best practices, including HR Round Table, Cultural day, Policy Communication Forum(FGM), timely engagement activities etc.
  • C&B (Total Reward Payroll inclusive), design and improve current C&B structure, ensure company on the right C&B solutions to align our business nature, revenue, talent attraction, retention etc.
  • Coaching and Talent development drive right behavior, value system per company cultural and company value, needed skill set and mindset, grow future leaders and develop people to be more talented and competitive workforce.
  • Continues improvement for overall HR mgt, and site operation to support business success,
  • Lead team to provide sound day to day HR consulting/coaching/Training/communication across all levels to maintain the employee engagement level and create result driven, performance orientated and high synergy/morale workforce.
  • Sound external GR/local government agency, local solid vendor builds up and output management properly prevent any employment risks, ER issues and labor cases. Protect company interest proactively.
  • Establish management mechanism to ensure overall site productivity and efficiency in a professional and efficient way: including but not limited to GM/HR/FN weekly meeting, management monthly meeting and QBR. And most importantly drive results as key person

Other assignments assigned from time to time depend on thestage and business needs. by the HR leader and HRVP in China HQ from time to time. including but not limited to office Admin/budget and expense/ accounting rated, and IT support and other overall office operational support work that might needed for overall site operation collaboration to ensure business operates effectively and successfully.

Other supporting function Projects, such as IT efficiency, Office project, overall site operation aside from HR.

Requirements

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in building HR systems from scratch (0-1) in multinational companies or large-scale startups.
  • In-depth understanding of Vietnams labor market and legal regulations.

Skills

  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English (mandatory); Chinese proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong strategic leadership, systematic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR system implementation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with an entrepreneurial and agile mindset.
