1. Learning & Development Program for Factory
- Design, implement, and monitor L&D programs for factory employees aligned with organizational needs.
- Coordinate and execute soft skills training for staff, technicians, and support functions.
- Manage LEAP program for line managers and supervisors, including scheduling, facilitation support, and evaluation.
2. Education & Training (E&T) Function under ISCE Program (Advance version of TPM)
- Support HRM to drive the Education & Training (E&T) pillar under the ISCE framework, ensuring compliance with training standards.
- Support the development, updating, and tracking of Rank & File Competencies.
- Maintain training records and ensure audit-readiness for E&T documentation.
3. Engagement through Learning
- Organize and facilitate learning-based engagement programs, including the Ring the Golden Bell contest and other knowledge-sharing platforms.
- Partner with managers to identify development activities that promote employee growth and retention.
4. Employee Engagement Champion
- Act as the focal point for employee engagement activities at the Coffee Plant.
- Organize learning-based engagement programs such as Ring the Golden Bell contest and other knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Partner with the HR team and leaders at Plant to design and deliver employee engagement campaigns that align with company values and factory culture.
- Monitor and report on employee engagement indicators, recommending initiatives to improve morale, motivation, and retention.
- Promote employee recognition and appreciation programs, creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
5. Pulse Employee Engagement Survey Action Plan (Lead)
- Act as project lead for the annual Pulse Employee Engagement Survey Action Plan at the Coffee Plant.
- Coordinate with managers, and functional leaders to cascade survey results and ensure shared understanding.
- Facilitate focus group discussions/retrospectives with departments to identify key strengths and areas for improvement. And support managers in creating departmental action plans and monitor their implementation progress.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of action plans through follow-up surveys, feedback loops, and engagement indicators.
6. Performance Management Administration
Administer performance management process, ensuring timely completion of goal setting, mid-year, and year-end reviews.
- Support performance appraisal cycles and documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting.
7. Development Activities
- Facilitate workshops, learning events, and development initiatives.
- Promote a learning culture across all levels of the plant.
9. Reporting
- Maintain training records and generate regular reports on L&D metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in Learning & Development or Employee Engagement, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of competency frameworks, training cycle, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
- Strong facilitation, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with LMS or engagement tools is an advantage.
