Job Description

1. Workforce Planning Support: Support HRM/ HRD

Collaborate with Account leaders to understand business goals and challenges. Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning for junior level

2. Employee Relations & Culture of Engagement

Act as a consultant to Factory leaders on people-related matters, ensuring HR is a value-adding function.

Address and effectively resolve employee concerns, proactively working to enhance motivation and retention within the workforce.

Actively foster a positive work environment that promotes strong employee engagement.

Drive and implement engagement initiatives specifically tailored to the unique, fast-paced, and target-driven nature of Plant 2.

3. Performance Management & Capability Building & Talent Management:

Support the performance management cycle by ensuring the goal-setting framework and guidelines are clearly cascaded and understood by all relevant employees.

Assist the Plant HRM in designing Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and collaborate with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to implement effective training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and overall performance.

Deploy & Implement Pulse Survey Action Plan to improve employee's career growth and engagement

4. HR Operations & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards

Champion the adoption of new HR systems, processes, and ways of working across the plant.

Provide comprehensive HR analytics and reports to support data-driven decision-making for HR and plant leadership.

Manage HR documentation and records, reports in accordance with legal requirements & ISO

Monitor key HR metrics and generate regular reports to track overall HR Plant 2 performance.

Ensure full compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and ISO/QMS Standards

Work closely with the related department to ensure HR policies and practices align with ISO or compliance Standard.

Develop, implement, and monitor 3rd party processes to ensure office security, safety and hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained, promoting a healthy workplace.

5. HR Projects:

Participate in HR projects aimed at improving HR processes and systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and immigration procedures related to work permits and visas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
