We are looking for a graduating student, final-year student, or recent graduate to join Phoenix HR Shared Services as an HR & Admin Intern. This is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in administration and HR support within a dynamic, multi-business environment.
Your Mission:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks: office supplies, contracts, documents, and logistics.
- Support HR operations: posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, updating HR records.
- Participate in onboarding activities and employee file management.
- Contribute to internal events, team-building, and culture initiatives across member companies.
What Were Looking For:
- Graduating/final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- Detail-oriented, organized, eager to learn.
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese and basic English.
- Proactive, hardworking, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
