Job Description

Responsibilities

Gather, document, and validate business requirements from Commercial and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate closely with Data, BI, and Tech teams to translate business needs into reporting and visualization specifications.
Ensure dashboard usability by aligning outputs with user needs and business objectives.
Validate and monitor data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across multiple e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
Provide analytical support and insights to the Senior Group Brand Manager by conducting analysis related to e-commerce trends and business performance.
Support the design, testing, and rollout of dashboard enhancements, ensuring adoption and effectiveness.
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive alignment and timely delivery.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve dashboard features, performance, and user experience.

Qualifications

1. Education background requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Corporate Finance, Economics, or related fields

2. Experience/Industry requirements:

23 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, or data-driven environments.
Hands-on experience with data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and convey actionable insights.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present information clearly and persuasively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with performance dashboards, KPI reporting, or commercial analytics.
Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, BI, and Tech teams.
