Write clear and structured Product Specification Requirements and User Manuals to guide internal teams and end users
Support customer discovery by collecting user feedback, identifying usability issues, and generating ideas to improve product experience
Assist the Product Owner in managing product tasks and delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, QA, Customer Success, Marketing) to ensure that the product meets their needs and that they have the necessary resources to promote and support the product
Work together with PO and PD to conduct market and user research to understand user needs, behaviors, trends and contribute insights that support product strategy and feature planning
Monitor and analyze product metrics, user behavior and feedback to assess feature performance and propose improvements
Stay up-to-date: You&aposll need to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products and new technologies that could impact the product.
You have
From 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst at an IT Product, SaaS or E-commerce company
Familiarity with BA frameworks and Scrum/Agile methodologies
Strong ability in writing clear documentation and organizing tasks effectively
Proficient in English reading and writing, capable of reading technical docs and writing structured content. Basic verbal English communication is a plus
Experienced with the e-commerce domain is a plus
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and structured communication skills
A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a desire to grow and improve
A collaborative, friendly spirit with positive energy and a team-first attitude
