- Natural Food Colors: (Derived from plant, fruit, and vegetable sources branded under Natracol)
- Synthetic Food Colors: (Stable, cost-effective solutions for processed foods branded under Idacol)
- Pharmaceutical Colors: (Compliant with global pharmacopeia standards for tablets, capsules, syrups, and powders)
- Cosmetic & Personal Care Colors: (Safe colorants used in skincare, haircare, and decorative cosmetics)
- Pet & Animal Feed Colors: (Non-toxic pigments designed for pet food and livestock nutrition)
- Industrial Colorants: (Custom solutions for plastic, fertilizer, paint, and detergent industries)
LEAD TIME: Hanoi office with 89 staff members, including 56 sales representatives (1 for industrial colors, the rest for food colors), 2 admin staff, and 1 finance officer.
WORKING TIME: Mon Fri (8 5 PM), 2 Sat/ month, flexible when have meeting with client

As a head to take full responsibility for developing and managing a business operation that achieves sales targets of the Company, profitability, market share, and customer and employee satisfaction by directing, coordinating, and monitoring all sales operations and personnel development activities.
Work Functions:
- Sales planning
- Analyze & evaluate operational sales, market trends & customer requirements
- Responsible for achieving sales targets
- Make good relations with all customers & handle key customers
- Make regular visits to all customers
- Responsible for detailed market information like:
- Trend & market conditions
- Customer requirements
- Market requirements
- Price & competitors
- Business opportunities
- Responsible for market development
- Develop Pricing
- New product identification and development
- Responsible for the sales performance of the sales team
- MIS Reports
- Should be flexible to take up any task related to the assigned Department if required or situation demands
- Make regulations, work systems & procedures for the Marketing Department
- Responsibility for achieving the Gross Margin
- Lead and guide the team based in Hanoi
- Handling Food colors & Industrial pigments
Requirements:
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Very good command of Excel
- Analytical mind to analyze data
- Graduate, preferably with a management degree
- Minimum Experience of 10 years in Sales & Marketing of food colors or related products (natural colors, synthetic colors, clean labels, dried ingredients, industrial colors, etc.)
- Knowledge of SAP preferable
- Understanding of related products in the market
Benefits:
- Package VND 1 billion VND/year (80% base salary + 20% bonus at the end of each year)
