Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee operations across 11 branches and 1 transaction office, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and risk control.
Drive overall strategy and business growth for Brokerage & Distribution.
Develop and execute brokerage and securities distribution strategies (Retail & HNW segments).
Own full P&L, deliver revenue targets, and expand market share.
Lead key functions: HNW/Wealth, Digital Sales, Brokerage Performance.
Optimize digital channels, increase investor acquisition, and improve trading activity.
Ensure smooth operations across account opening, trading, and customer service.
Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions, fintech, and distribution partners.
Lead and develop a nationwide sales force (150–300 employees).

Requirements

10+ years in securities/financial services, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
Strong expertise in brokerage, branch operations, digital sales, and client management
Solid understanding of securities regulations and compliance
Mandatory: Securities Practicing Certificate / Fund Management Certificate
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
