Director Sales / Sr Manager Sales (depending on experience)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Director – Sales / Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow our Staffing & Recruitment business in the Vietnam market. The ideal candidate will have strong local market knowledge, proven B2B sales experience in staffing, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. This role will play a key part in expanding Nityo's footprint in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales for IT Staffing & Recruitment services in the Vietnam market
- Experience in Staffing and Recruitment sales
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new enterprise and mid-market clients
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, TA Leaders, and Procurement teams
- Work closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure successful closures and timely fulfillment
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies in Vietnam
- Own the sales pipeline, forecasting, reporting, and closure cycle
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking forums
- Mentor junior sales team members (if applicable) and support team scaling
Required Experience & Skills
- 5 - 15 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (B2B),with mandatory background in ITstaffing sales and IT recruitment sales inVietnam.
- Mandatory experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment Sales
- Strong understanding of the Vietnam staffing and recruitment market
- Proven track record of individual contribution and/or team-led revenue growth
- Experience selling contract staffing, permanent hiring, and recruitment solutions
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the Vietnam sales charter
Language Requirement (Mandatory)
- Fluency in Vietnamese (local language)
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with global or multinational staffing firms
- Existing client network in Vietnam IT / Tech / Enterprise space
- Experience setting up or scaling new markets or sales territories
