THE OPPORTUNITY
- Lead the end to end digital transformation of AIA Vietnam's Agency Distribution, driving digital strategy, advisor productivity platforms, and AI powered sales enablement to accelerate Agency growth, quality, and professionalism.
- Spearhead the development, enhancement, and governance of the Agency Digital Ecosystem, including recruitment engines, onboarding and training platforms, digital sales tools (IPODS, IJOB, AIAONE [ALPA]), performance dashboards, AI driven lead gen, and customer interaction capabilities.
- Establish clear performance frameworks, governance models, and KPIs to measure digital maturity, productivity uplift and process digitization across the Agency network.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a long-term Agency Digital Roadmap aligned with AIA's distribution strategy and Group's digital priorities.
- Design an integrated Agency Digital Ecosystem, including:
- Digital recruitment platforms (lead engines, profiling tools, AI candidate scoring)
- Digital onboarding (e-learning, gamified orientation, micro-certification modules)
- Digital sales platforms (iPOS, IJOB, AIAONE [ALPA]…)
- AI‑enhanced engagement (Avatar AI, AI Co‑Pilot for Agent, automated content)
- Strengthen data infrastructure to support agents insights, segmentation, productivity analytics, and targeted capability building.
- Lead innovation partnerships with internal tech teams to enhance Agency productivity and customer experience.
- Establish governance frameworks with clear cadence, risk escalation, and cross-functional accountability.
- Lead execution of all key digital initiatives for Agency, ensuring timely delivery, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
- Oversee financial forecasting, budget management, and cost-efficiency of digital programs.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, product owners, UX designers, and technology partners.
- Drive multi-level stakeholder alignment with Agency Leaders, CAO, Agency Training, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations.
- Deploy Agent productivity dashboards tracking: Activity management, Conversion performance, Digital usage & maturity, Customer engagement metrics
- Manage risks, regulatory alignment, compliance with AIA policies, and timelines.
- Create a data-driven framework to identify growth drivers, productivity levers, and capability gaps across the Agency.
- Lead the rollout of Agency Digital platforms/ dashboards, integrating activity data, customer insights, and next-best-actions powered by AI.
- Work with Agency Leadership to define the ideal Agent & Leader experience and embed it consistently in digital journeys.
- Oversee development of digital tools that support end-to-end agent lifecycle: Recruitment → Onboarding → Training → Sales → Service → Retention
- Collaborate with Group Office to adopt best practices, shared platforms, and emerging AI capabilities.
JOB REQUIRIMENT
- : University graduate / Post-Graduate in Business, Digital Transformation, Technology, Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Life Insurance, Financial Services, Digital Transformation, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the Agency channel, agent lifecycle, and sales behaviour dynamics.
- Proven track record in designing and executing large-scale digital transformation in sales-driven or distribution-led organizations.
- Experience in:
- AI-driven advisory tools & digital sales enablement
- Platform/product development
- Digital capability building for large frontline forces
- CRM, lead engines, sales funnel optimization
- Learning platforms & gamification
- Strong background in transformation leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional execution.
- Strong strategic thinking, ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.
