Head, Information Technology (Vietnam)

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on IT leader to drive technology governance, operations, and digital transformation across our Vietnam operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring secure, resilient, and scalable IT capabilities aligned with Group strategies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and align Vietnam's IT strategy with Group IT direction, ensuring strong governance and compliance
• Oversee core banking systems, applications, and digital platforms to ensure stability and performance
• Manage IT infrastructure and operations to deliver reliable and scalable technology services
• Strengthen cybersecurity posture and manage technology risk in line with regulatory requirements
• Drive vendor management, budgeting, and cost optimization for IT operations
• Ensure effective disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP)
• Lead IT transformation initiatives and build a high-performing technology team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in IT or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, preferably within banking or financial services
• Strong knowledge of banking systems, operations, and regulatory environment
• Proven experience in IT strategy, governance, and large-scale system management
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity and technology risk frameworks
• Strategic thinker with high integrity and ability to drive change in a fast-paced environment
