Job Overview:
At Citek, we are looking for dynamic and results-driven sales professionals to join our team as Sales Executives, specializing in promoting and selling SAP S/4HANA enterprise solutions. Leveraging proven SAP solution-selling methodologies, you will identify high-value opportunities, build strategic relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders, and drive revenue growth in a competitive market.
Sales Executive - Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and develop new customer relationships within targeted sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, retail, etc.
• Manage the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and qualification to closing - using disciplined, consultative selling techniques aligned with SAP practices.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management; report regularly on progress and opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth needs analysis, crafting solution proposals based on SAP S/4HANA's capabilities.
• Coordinate with Consultant & technical teams and SAP partners to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements, Deliver engaging presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concept sessions to C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Build long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competition, providing strategic insights to refine sales strategies.
REQUIREMENT
• Female candidates preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience: Sales Executive: 3+ years of experience in sales in the fields of ERP, CRM, DMS, BI, E-Office, HRM, and Cloud Infrastructure, with deal sizes from $ 50,000 and above.
• Successfully signed at least 03 SME customer projects valued at $ 50,000
• Ability to analyze and evaluate deals, and assess competitors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability in lead generation and prospect hunting.
• Networking ability through channels such as LinkedIn, events, etc.
• Able to work under pressure, adaptable to the B2B sales industry, and flexible working hours.
• Fluency in English is preferred; however, candidates with proven sales performance may be considered regardless of English level.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for pursuing a long-term career in technology sales.
