Job Description

A. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

1. Studio Expansion & Development

·      Identify, recruit and convert potential partners to open new Vorwerk Studios

·      Present business opportunity, conduct 1:1 consultation and guide partners through onboarding

·      Support site selection, setup and opening to ensure alignment with Vorwerk standards

2. Studio Setup & Sales Enablement

·      Support new studios in setup and operational readiness (layout, demo flow, customer experience)

·      Train and coach Studio Owners and teams on product demo, storytelling and closing skills

·      Ensure consistent execution of Vorwerk's retail and demonstration standards

3. Retail Activation & Customer Experience

·      Guide studios in running cooking classes, demos and local activations to drive traffic and engagement

·      Ensure strong customer experience aligned with brand positioning

·      Support development of customer pipeline through in-store and out-of-store activities

4. Sales Performance & Team Development

·      Monitor studio KPIs: demo frequency, conversion, referrals, team activation and retention

·      Coach Studio Owners to build and activate Advisor & Ambassador teams

·      Drive sustainable sales rhythm and productivity growth across studios

5. CRM & Operational Excellence

·      Ensure effective use of CRM for lead tracking, follow-up and customer management

·      Maintain discipline in customer communication and sales process 

B. REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, sales training, customer experience, or experiential marketing.

- Experience in culinary retail, hospitality, lifestyle brands, franchise operations, or direct selling is an advantage.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to coach and motivate entrepreneurial partners.

- Ability to design and run interactive demos, classes, and customer activities.

- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable with fieldwork and frequent studio visits.

- Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Good command of English & Vietnamese.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital tools (CRM, social media).

- Start-up mindset, service orientation, problem-solving attitude, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously, passionate on cooking.
