Job Description:
Performance Management & Reporting
- Track and analyze new market's performance
- Generate weekly/monthly reports and insights for senior management decision-making.
- Monitor campaign ROI, CAC (customer acquisition cost), and budget effectiveness to ensure alignment with business targets
Budget & Spend Management
- Manage campaign budgets for new market/ business line
- Forecast and control marketing spend across campaigns and buyer initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
Campaign and Buyer Growth
- Develop new user acquisition strategies tailored to the new market.
- Localize campaigns and buyer programs, creative assets, and messaging to fit buyer behavior and cultural context.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to roll out acquisition initiatives across paid, organic, and partnership channels.
Performance Optimization
- Monitor key campaign metrics (e.g. CVR, CTR, retention, cost per acquisition).
- Run A/B tests and post-campaign analyses to identify winning strategies and areas for improvement.
- Propose data-driven enhancements to improve buyer onboarding, activation, and retention
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, PMO, or consultancy
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical thinking and a data-driven mindset to assess feature impact and performance.
- High adaptability and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Prior experience in ecommerce is a strong plus
