Job Title: Grohe Order Management (OMT) Senior Staff

Job Location: Gia Lam, Hanoi (with shuttle bus to pick up employees)

Role Objective

  • The role is to own and optimize the end-to-end order-to-delivery process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and operational excellence across markets; proactively resolve complex issues, and continuously improve processes, while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for below task for Taiwan and Indochina market:

  • Order management end to end: Following up the whole ordering process from customer inquiry to order placement, logistics arrangement, invoicing, delivery, and following up on outstanding payments and final payment.
  • Order creation: Timely and accurate sales order processing under company compliance and policy. Determine optimal supply source and routing for customer orders.
  • Backlog management: Proactively escalate to the Planning team to find the best MAD (Material available date) and track status. Monitor backlog status and recommend corrective actions.
  • Information providing: estimated materials available, estimate Airfreight following request.
  • Handling customer complaints: Following up all customer complaints with vendors, including but not limited to customer Claim defect replacement, Short shipped, Wrong Shipped and ensuring that the Credit note has been issued. Able to drive resolution independently for complex cases.
  • Optimizing processes to speed up the work and productivity improvement to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Proactively aggregate data and analyze key operational metrics to identify root causes, with the ability to build flexible ad-hoc reports based on business needs.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management or related field
  • Language: Must be fluent in English
  • +3 years of sales support background related to industry experience
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, presentation capabilities
  • Self-motivated and ability to work under stress, ability to work independently
  • Open minded & embrace changes, Take challenges, Continuous Improvement Mindset
  • Team player Key relationships and Communication
  • Sales, SOIP, Finance, logistics and warehouse
