About The Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to create engaging digital assets for both sales and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute designs for digital marketing campaigns, sales materials, social media, and website assets
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs while maintaining a fresh and modern aesthetic
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operation teams, to understand design task requirements and deliver compelling visuals
- Refine and improve existing designs based on feedback, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative design ideas to the team
Requirements
Must-haveNice-to-have
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in graphic design
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to present design concepts and receive feedback constructively
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital projects, demonstrating creativity and technical proficiency
- Deep understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of digital and print design processes to ensure correct formatting for various outputs
- Work Approach:
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Adaptability to evolving tasks and workflows, with a proactive approach to learning new tools and techniques
- Open to feedback, willing to refine work based on constructive criticism, and committed to continuous improvement
- Experience with Figma
- Experience within the tech industry
- Experience with video editing software (nice-to-have)
