Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Design teams to transform strategic ideas into impactful 2D and 3D visual experiences.
- Oversee the entire design spectrum Branding, Illustration, 2D/3D Graphics, Motion Design, and UI/UX visual direction.
- Design and optimize visuals that effectively communicate our product vision, values, and campaign messages.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining a unified visual language in design principles, colors, typography, and mood.
- Conceptualize and guide a user-centric design approach in collaboration with the UI/UX team, aligning with brand guidelines.
- Create, customize, or refine illustrations, iconography, and 3D models with various styles as required.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design with proven leadership or senior-level responsibility.
- Strong expertise in Branding
- A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in 2D and 3D design, campaign execution, and storytelling.
- Excellent aesthetic judgment with a sharp eye for detail in layout, typography, color theory, composition, and 3D lighting/rendering.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines.
- Bonus: Experience in Web3, NFT, or Blockchain projects is a strong plus.
