Portico and Bridge Immigration Consultancy LLC are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong aesthetic judgment, solid hands-on skills, and the ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Content teams. The role focuses on maintaining brand consistency, producing high-quality visual materials, and supporting both digital and offline communication.
Scope of Work
Brand Identity & Communication Materials
Design brochures, business profiles, leaflets, catalogues, and proposals for company programs and services.
Create advertising materials such as banners and posters.
Develop sales support materials, including sales kits, presentation slides, flyers, vouchers, template contracts, and pricing sheets.
Social Media Visuals
Design images and thumbnails for TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
Create visual assets for social media campaigns, ensuring creativity and alignment with marketing messages.
Produce illustrations and images for website/blog content, maintaining brand color, style, and tone.
Event Materials
Design full sets of event materials: backdrops, standees, banners, invitations, slideshows, photo booths, check-in frames, and branded gifts.
Work closely with the Marketing/Event team to ensure timely delivery and production quality.
Collaboration & Design Management
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Content teams to understand objectives and design requirements.
Manage the internal design library (logos, images, templates, fonts, guidelines) to maintain brand consistency.
Contribute creative ideas for communication campaigns, rebranding activities, and new product visuals.
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of modern design trends and visual storytelling.
Detail-oriented, proactive, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong teamwork spirit and openness to feedback.
Key Deliverables
Deliver designs on time, aligned with briefs and brand guidelines.
Produce professional, engaging visuals that enhance interaction, brand presence, and conversions.
Maintain a consistent, updated, and easy-to-use internal design system.
Candidate Criteria
Age preference: candidates born in 2000 or later (25+ years old).
Experience: minimum 2 years in a similar position with proven output quality.
Attitude: highly proactive and responsible.
