PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking for a Graphic Designer supporting the creation of visual assets across digital and print channels to drive brand consistency, marketing effectiveness, and commercial performance. This role exists to translate brand and product strategies into accurate, on-brand, and well-executed deliverables across multiple touchpoints.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Creative Execution & Design Quality
- Design and deliver high-quality assets across multiple channels, including website, email, paid media, social, Amazon content, catalogues, packaging, POS, and in-store materials.
- Ensure all creative outputs are accurate, on-brand, and aligned with brand guidelines, product specifications, and channel requirements.
- Apply strong attention to detail to layouts, typography, imagery, and formatting.
- Adapt approved concepts across multiple formats and sizes while maintaining visual integrity and effectiveness.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Creative Ownership
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, eCommerce, Sales, Product, and Retail teams to interpret briefs and translate business needs into effective creative solutions.
- Demonstrate independent thinking by proactively applying product knowledge, design judgment, and brand understanding to assigned tasks.
- Organize, store, and maintain creative assets following established file management and shared drive.
- Incorporate feedback constructively and efficiently, minimizing revision cycles through thoughtful execution.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Working 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday in which 3-hour night shift from 07:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
- 2- 4 years of professional experience in graphic design or a creative services role.
- Proficiency in graphic design and photo/video software (Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro).
- Experience designing digital and print formats (marketing materials).
- Proficient English communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, patience and willingness to be flexible and readjust priorities as needed.
- Creative eye, copywriting and exceptional attention to detail.
