Job Description
To lead the visual design and branding efforts for Beta Cinema and affiliated projects by delivering high-quality, creative, and on-brand visual assets that effectively support marketing campaigns, enhance audience engagement, and elevate the company's overall visual identity across digital and print platforms.
- Design communication assets for Beta Cinema campaigns, including movie posters, banners, brochures, and social media posts.
- Develop creative concepts based on briefs from the film production and marketing teams.
- Create brand identity materials such as logos, thumbnails, and posters.
- Edit and finalize visuals to ensure consistency with brand standards.
- Lead visual design efforts for Beta Group, Shark Minh Beta, and other cinema-related projects.
- Stay updated on design trends and apply them to enhance creative output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of design materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom; photography skills are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar design role.
- Experience in digital marketing and branding design is a strong advantage.
- Strong creative thinking and a modern design aesthetic.
