Role:
- Enhance the capability of sales operation, application new technology and system management thru designing / developing and sustaining TT digital system at Headquarter Site, Delivery Solution, TUA (SS Module), Smart Automation, BI Report & the assigned solutions which improve business process/working model of sales related functions
- Explore and provide solutions for Sales team, TT at Headquarter Site to to make productivity & efficiency for business
Job Description
1. Business Intelligence (BI) and Solution Development
- Drive IT Sales Solutions, including critical applications: DMS at Headquarter Site (Master Data, Trade Management, Loyalty Management, e-Claim Management), TUA, Delivery Solution, Sales Reporting. Deeply involve in Data Analytics and Automation for Sales Solutions
- Provide digital solutions for Sales (benchmarked with market practices) to GTM management Team and IT Management team to drive innovation, transformation and value added Business Cases. To partner closely with the Sales management team/GTM manangement Team/IT/BI to gain insight of expectations, opportunities and ensure SIS Strategy and target architecture are aligned with business users strategy and goals.
- Key person in required workshop, standalize requirements from businesses and analyze them, evaluating efficiency, self-propose the automation needs and consult with deeply understanding about company org chart / TT customer insight for Business Owner include Sales Team TT, Supporting functions (GTM, TMKt, Commercial Control, RGM, ...) to finalize solutions requires the simplest, most automated way and most effective to adapt with business growth.
- Design system process and build new functionalities for Sales Solution through transferring requirements into UI/UX and business processes, business rule and working closely with IT/BT and vendor to leverage/ maximize this system or enhance functions/solutions in the optimal time for the business
- Leading Key User/IT in UAT Phase for all function of system to ensure the best quality package before deployment
- Responsible for planning, change management, communication and implementing newly-released hot fixes or enhancement to ensure the successful and on-time strategy deployment and delivery of benefits.
2. Automation, in-house Develop & Operate for sales department
Lead Automation, in-house Development & Operation for sales department, including critical applications: SOG (Promo Budget management, SOG Building, Execution Sales Daily Report, Survey,...), Gemba Tool (TU Health Check, Distributor Health Check,...), Census Mapping, Sales Management BI Report, Knime/Microsoft Automation flow for Operation excellence
- Lead the entire Dev lifecycle and is accountable for the implementation. Oversee the design, development, and optimization of automation sales systems for in-house Dev applications, systems and platforms for sales department. Collaborate with IT Team to ensure the security and integrity of the systems infrastructure.
- Handle scandalized requirements from businesses and translate business needs into technical solutions by developing or enhancing systems and applications for simplification and automation
- Establish Sales Data Warehousing define and execute the implementation plan to provide consistent, clean, and integrated data in sales system. Deliver value by allowing discovery and resolve data discrepancies among different views and implementations of the same data, build business performance analytics dashboards to provide timely information and insights that enable management and employees to improve decisions, optimize processes and plans, and work proactively.
- Lead and deeply involve development initiatives, continuously improve the system&aposs alignment with business needs, design scalable solutions to meet business requirements.
- Stay updated on new technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance operational excellence

3. System Management & Sustainment
To be accountable for Sales Solutions Service, including all critical applications above. Align with vendor/ITBP team to understand and resolve critical service issues and performance, to ensure SLAs and customer satisfaction are met.
- Establish and Manage Data Governance Policies, Standards, Procedures and trainings
- Manage sales master data team, make sure the data quality and operations excellence. Including: trade promo master data, loyalty program, sales force, master data for in-house system, delivery solution.
- Support to users from related functions and daily operation of assigned solutions
- Analyze the business processes of sales related function to find out the gap system process, control, issues in execution and propose timely solutions appropriate changes to enhance the key control points and daily operation
- Self-research & get feedback from users or to define room for improving operation process and solution
- Key contact point and lead supporting process for AMS L1, L2 on DMS/Delivery Solution, Follow the ITBP to deliver high-quality services and within SLA
4. Project based and Others
- Collabrate with IT/BT in leading/managing new project in all periods: blueprint, testing, UAT, roll out and training users as well as sustainment (get feedback, continuous update/ improvement)
-Self-develop relevant applications, ad-hoc reporting to support related functions in leveraging the database from DMS System/Delivery Solution/Internal Solution
- On-request or self-provide statistics/analysis report to concerned parties
- Other tasks assigned by LM
