About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Intelligent Control Engineer to join our international team, driving the deployment and commissioning of our cutting-edge AI-driven energy-saving systems. In this role, you will be on the front lines of global projects, ensuring our digital platforms and automation solutions operate at peak efficiency for clients across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities- Digital Platform Delivery: Lead the on-site delivery and execution of digital platform projects across various industries, including Industrial Facilities, Healthcare, Rail Transit, and Data Centers.
- Process & Data Management: Manage the technical delivery workflow, designing and implementing effective static and dynamic data delivery methods and implementation processes tailored to specific project scopes.
- System Commissioning & Optimization: Execute hands-on system operation commissioning for energy-saving projects, implement advanced energy optimization strategies, and rigorously test and verify energy-saving performance.
- Software Configuration: Handle the configuration and setup of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) / upper-computer software systems.
- Technical Documentation: Author clear and comprehensive digital platform user manuals, technical documentation, and project toolkits.
Qualifications & Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in HVAC, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical discipline.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in the building digitalization, smart building, or AI energy efficiency industry is highly preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Intelligent Building Management Systems (IBMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), or Building Automation (BA) is a strong plus.
- Hardware & Protocol Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial communication equipment (serial servers, gateways, network switches) and a solid understanding of communication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, and OPC.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional logical thinking, strong analytical and summarization skills, and excellent cross-functional communication abilities.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) with solid data processing capabilities.
- Language: Fluent Mandarin is required for seamless communication with the HQ engineering team.
