Customer Support: Receive, process, and respond to customer support requests (within professional scope) via email, phone, chat, and specialized software.
Satisfaction Surveys: Conduct Happy Calls to measure customer satisfaction after service handling and monitor the resolution of customer feedback.
Service Delivery Supervision: Monitor the survey and deployment status of new orders. Supervise and urge technical departments or partners to follow procedures and maintain progress.
Process Management: Monitor, design, and adjust internal processes managed by the department.
Quality Analysis: Track and analyze service quality indicators (SLA, CSAT, ticket performance) to provide insights and proposals for improving corporate customer service quality.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Language: English proficiency (TOEIC 600 or equivalent) with good communication skills.
Knowledge: Understanding of the services provided by the company.
Experience: Previous experience or knowledge in Quality Control/Assurance is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and persuasion skills with flexible problem-solving abilities.
Teamwork and time management skills.
Ability to read, understand, prepare, and analyze reports and data to provide actionable insights.
Other Standards:
Clear voice, standard pronunciation (no stuttering or heavy local accents).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary: 12 - 14 million VND (negotiable based on competency).
Total Income: Competitive package with a minimum of 13.5 months of salary per year.
Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:30, Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off; shift duty as assigned by the Department Head).
