Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Customer Support: Receive, process, and respond to customer support requests (within professional scope) via email, phone, chat, and specialized software.
  • Satisfaction Surveys: Conduct Happy Calls to measure customer satisfaction after service handling and monitor the resolution of customer feedback.
  • Service Delivery Supervision: Monitor the survey and deployment status of new orders. Supervise and urge technical departments or partners to follow procedures and maintain progress.
  • Process Management: Monitor, design, and adjust internal processes managed by the department.
  • Quality Analysis: Track and analyze service quality indicators (SLA, CSAT, ticket performance) to provide insights and proposals for improving corporate customer service quality.

  • CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
    • Education: Bachelor's degree.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Language: English proficiency (TOEIC 600 or equivalent) with good communication skills.
    • Knowledge: Understanding of the services provided by the company.
    • Experience: Previous experience or knowledge in Quality Control/Assurance is an advantage.
    • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills with flexible problem-solving abilities.
    • Teamwork and time management skills.
    • Ability to read, understand, prepare, and analyze reports and data to provide actionable insights.
    • Other Standards:
    • Clear voice, standard pronunciation (no stuttering or heavy local accents).
    • Enthusiastic, patient, meticulous, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

  • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
    • Salary: 12 - 14 million VND (negotiable based on competency).
    • Total Income: Competitive package with a minimum of 13.5 months of salary per year.
    • Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:30, Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off; shift duty as assigned by the Department Head).
