Job Description

Position Overview: Responsible for the company's sales strategy and business development in the Southeast Asia region, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, market share, and customer satisfaction. This position requires leading the sales team, developing and implementing effective sales plans to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

1Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute local sales strategies to support the company's overall goals. Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify new sales opportunities. Lead local efforts to achieve business revenue targets.

2Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop the sales team to enhance team performance and morale. Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and conduct regular evaluations.

3Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

4Resource Integration: Communicate and collaborate closely with various internal functional teams to enhance sales efficiency through multidimensional resource integration.

Qualifications:

1Bachelor's degree or above, with 8 years of industry sales experience, and 0-1 years of sales management experience in national or international regions, with a high sensitivity to business opportunities.

2Result-oriented, strong under pressure, quick learner, grounded, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and adaptable to change.

3Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong cross-departmental collaboration abilities, capable of effectively integrating resources to promote business development.

4Experience working locally or long-term in the area is preferred, with fluency in Chinese and the local language as a plus.

5Familiarity with cross-border payment/trade, with local relevant networking resources as an added advantage.
