Job Summary

We're looking for a General Manager to support our team in Vietnam. You will lead country operations, build and close new business, and ensure profitable, high-quality delivery for our IT outsourcing services. Vietnamese and English are required; Chinese/Mandarin is a plus. Experience setting up and scaling an office in Vietnam is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Own country P&L: revenue growth, margin, utilization, cash collection, forecast accuracy.
• Drive new business: prospect, build pipeline, run pursuits, price, negotiate, and close.
• Expand the Vietnam office: facilities, licensing, vendor setup, local compliance, and scale-up plans.
• Lead delivery: govern SLAs/SOWs, manage risks and escalations, ensure on-time/on-budget outcomes.
• Build teams: hire, coach, and performance-manage sales, delivery, and operations leaders.
• Strengthen client relationships: executive sponsorship, QBRs, renewals, and expansions.
• Ensure governance: Vietnam labor/tax, data security standards (e.g., ISO 27001/SOC 2 practices), contracts, and audits.
• Report business health to regional leadership with clear KPIs and remediation plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT services/outsourcing; 5+ years in country/BU leadership with full P&L.
• Proven enterprise sales record in Vietnam, including closing multi-million USD services deals.
• Hands-on oversight across application development, cloud/DevOps, data/AI, managed services, or staff augmentation.
• Demonstrated experience establishing or scaling an office in Vietnam (licenses, vendors, hiring).
• Deep knowledge of Vietnam tech talent market and compensation.
• Excellent Vietnamese and English communication; Chinese/Mandarin is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
