Position: Accountant / Finance Executive:

• Location: Ho Chi Minh City
• Job Type: Fully remote, but we're looking for a candidate in HCM city, with a monthly in-person team meeting at The Hive, District 1.
• Salary Range: USD 1,000 – USD 1,400
• Expected Start Date: After Tet Holiday or early March 2026

The ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate will have solid exposure to monthly closing, forecasting, budgeting, and customer billing. You are well-organized, analytical, and comfortable working with stakeholders across different countries. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Support and collaborate with team members during the month-end closing process
• Research, analyze, and explain expense variances to management
• Actively communicate with Suppliers & Clients for billing issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with Xero is mandatory
• Excellent English communication skills (daily interaction with international colleagues, suppliers, and clients)
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
• ACCA / CPA preferred but not required
• Academic performance: GPA 8.0 / 10 or GPA 3.2 / 4.0

Interview format - 2 rounds:

• Round 1: A 4-hour test of Excel proficiency and analytical thinking
• Round 2: Analytical and presentation skills (The scenario is provided a few days in advance for your presentation, then the presentation should be in one hour)
