Job Overview And Responsibility
I. Responsiblities:
1. Financial & Cash Management:
- Manage cash inflows and outflows: collect payments from customers, suppliers, and shareholders; make payments to suppliers, employees, tax authorities, and banks.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle foreign exchange transactions and set up provisions for exchange rate differences.
- Create provisions for bad debts, doubtful debts, and other related expenses.
2. Accounting:
- Issue output invoices and manage input invoices.
- Initiate and process payment transactions; prepare supporting payment documents.
- Manage cash funds and bank deposits: check, reconcile records with cash book and bank statements; prepare cash and bank reports.
- Calculate monthly payroll and personal income tax (PIT).
- Record and account for all daily transactions.
- Review, summarize, and organize accounting records and documentation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as required by internal and legal standards.
3. Taxation:
- Prepare and submit quarterly and annual tax declarations (VAT, PIT, CIT, tax finalization, etc.).
- Forecast tax risks and provide consultation on taxrelated issues.
- Prepare and submit documents, explain records during tax audits and inspections.
- Review tax incentives and free trade agreements to avoid double taxation.
4. Reporting & External Coordination:
- Prepare full financial reports: income statement, cash flow statement, changes in equity, and statement of financial position.
- Work with exteReporting & External Coordination:rnal service providers: banks, auditors, and legal consultants.
- Prepare and submit statistical reports as required by authorities.
- Prepare and submit labor reports and social insurance reports (if applicable).
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience:
o Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial and general accounting.
o Experience in drafting service contracts.
o Work experience in logistics or supply chain industry
o Experience with logistics, tax regulations, and experience dealing with banks for overseas transactions
- Bachelor's Degree on Accounting and Finance
- Well understanding about Vietnam Accounting Law and Tax Law
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft office, advance in excel
