Job Title: GENERAL ACCOUNTANT

Job Description:
- Responsible for controlling and accounting for all data from detailed to general levels, and for all accounting functions of the company in accordance with regulations and accounting standards.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, performing regular reconciliations with domestic and international suppliers and customers.
- Review and prepare VAT, Personal Income Tax (PIT), and Corporate Income Tax (CIT) reports on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis, along with other required reports.
- Track and manage inventory, raw materials, finished goods, tools and equipment (T&E), fixed assets, depreciation, etc. for accounting purposes.
- Prepare financial and management reports on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis for the Board of Directors, including P&L statement, cashflow, and forecasting.
- Coordinate with other departments (production, import-export, logistics, etc.) to ensure the accuracy of accounting information flow.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with experience in a manufacturing company or one with import-export operations.
- A solid understanding of accounting standards, tax laws, and other regulations related to export-oriented businesses.
- Analytical skills: The ability to analyze and compare data to detect errors and provide accurate assessments of the company's financial situation.
- Carefulness and integrity.
- Proficiency in accounting software (FAST, ODOO, Xero) and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills in English.
