We are looking for an upbeat, flexible, hardworking person to join our team as a
General Accountant and Payroll Specialist for our growing team (16 members on Vietnamese staff). You are someone who is good at entering detailed data but also great with people!

What You Will Do
- Daily Accounting tasks include:
- Prepare documents to process daily operations: issue and keep track of contracts, VAT invoices, delivery notes, receipts, minutes of acceptance, etc. across companies
- Review and keep the company's vouchers, bills and contracts
- Submit bank payments in online banking across all accounts for approval
- Handle banking-related matters: pay taxes, managing overseas transactions, apply customs declarations
- Review and update information on MISA VN accounting system
- Complete monthly and annual closing; prepare financial reports to the group's financial team
- Correspond with customers accounting staff
- Provide paperwork to the chief accounting agency
- Regularly report to the management
- Daily Human Resources tasks include:
- Maintain record and timely signing of offer letters, labor contracts, insurance policies
- Track and maintain working time, annual leave days, reimbursement of staff
- Calculate monthly salaries, PIT
- Assist in execution of company's events, maintain paperwork with vendors
- Working mode:
- Office address: 22 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Tan Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
- Working time: Onsite - Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree from the university in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
- At least 3 years experience in Accounting field
- At least 2 years experience in Human Resources field
- Experience with MISA is a must
- Experience of work as a Chief Accountant for start-up or small companies is a plus
- Good at communication, fluent in English
- Able to work independently and highly pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate, solve flexible tasks and situations quickly
