Job Title: Accounting Team Leader 

Job description: 

The Accounting Team Leader is responsible for coordinating team tasks, ensuring service quality in accounting and tax matters, supporting clients, and collaborating with internal departments. This role also includes directly managing key client accounts and fulfilling tasks assigned by senior management. 

  • Assign and manage tasks within the accounting team. 
  • Train and mentor team members, especially new or junior sta. 
  • Review accounting records, tax reports, and financial statements before submission. 
  • Provide professional advice and maintain communication with clients. 
  • Report to management and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Participate in internal training, workshops, and team-building activities. 
  • Carry out tasks as assigned by upper management such as CEO, CFO, or COO. 
  • Prepare technical proposals and solutions for internal projects or complex client cases. 
  • Directly manage a portfolio of key or high-priority clients. 

Job requirements: 

  • Graduated from college or university with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in accounting and tax service rms. 
  • In-depth understanding of tax regulations, accounting standards, and corporate laws. 
  • Strong communication, organizational, and team management skills. 
  • High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, proactiveness, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in a consulting/service firm is  a strong plus. 
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with FDI enterprises.

Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm (lunch break 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm)
