General Accountant - English Requirement

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Payment & Banking Accounting

Review and verify payment requests from other departments.

Process domestic and international payments, including logistics service fees.

Prepare all necessary documents for bank transactions and execute payments.

Handle and process foreign contractor withholding tax (FCT) when applicable.

2. Payroll & Tax Accounting

Prepare monthly payroll and related transactions.

Prepare and submit monthly VAT and PIT reports (for Golden Choice).

Prepare and submit quarterly and annual PIT reports for DKT office.

Register and file employee dependents with tax authorities annually.

Pay annual business registration tax.

3. Reporting & Reconciliation

Report loans of Golden Choice to the State Bank of Vietnam.

Prepare and submit reports on usage of PIT withholding vouchers to tax authorities.

Perform monthly reconciliation of cash, revenue, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP).

Prepare monthly expense reports and annual statistical reports as required by the CFO and local authorities.

4. Receivables, Payables & Cash Management

Monitor AR and AP balances, send reminder letters to customers/vendors when needed.

Manage and record cash transactions for DKT office.

Issue invoices to customers accurately and timely.

5. Accounting System & Documentation

Record transactions into the accounting system, including:

- Approved payroll and payments,

- Collections and payables,

- Tax payments, prepayments, and others.

Conduct primary checking of cash, AR, and AP before submitting to the CFO for review.

Maintain systematic filing and archiving of accounting documents monthly.

Manage and renew digital signatures (tokens) for tax, insurance, and banking systems to ensure continuous operations.

6. Other Duties

Perform other tasks assigned by the CFO when required.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED

1. Education:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.

4-5 years experience in General Accounting.

Knowledge of accounting laws, taxes, circulars, decrees, regulations and guidelines on the Vietnamese accounting and tax regime.

High integrity.

Professional knowledge of English.

2. Skills:

Having knowledge of professional accounting principles.

Competency in SAP software, Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Continuously update the latest tax policies and accounting regimes for businesses.

Responsible for completing the assigned tasks.

Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.

Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
