Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Collaborate with Business Unit Specialists to elicit, review, and validate business requirements
- Perform impact assessments and analyze the to-be business and operational processes based on agreed requirements
- Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business objectives
- Monitor and manage risks / issues related to requirements and scope creep
- Perform impact assessments and estimations for project change requests
- Transition requirements to System Analysts, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Maintain traceability of functional specification to business requirements
- Review test plan and functional test scope prepared by testing team
- Support SIT and UAT, including defect prioritisation, tracking and resolution
- Between 8-10 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong track record in delivering finance-related projects
- Proficient in data management and financial systems
- Knowledgeable in accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Skilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting
- Experienced in change management and project management fundamentals
- Strong team player with leadership skills, able to drive collaboration and resolve complex issues
- Passionate, diligent, and resilient, with the ability to work through ambiguity and deliver under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building strong stakeholder relationships
- Confident presenter, able to explain complex topics clearly and effectively
