Responsibilities
- Strong collaboration with PO and development team to help define business problems/requirements
- Take main responsibility to develop business requirements documents BRD, SRS, URD, etc.
- Communicate with stakeholders to clarify product requirements and quality.
- Report common sources of technical problems or questions and make recommendations to the product team
- Conduct meetings and presentations to explain the glossary, share ideas and findings
- Support users to use the product and troubleshoot when there is a problem
- Communicate and support project members to clarify business requirements to meet and coordinate with related teams such as Dev, Tester, etc.
- Demo to PO/Stackholders about new features after each sprint
- Perform tasks assigned by the direct manager
Qualifications
- Have at least 1 year of experience in BA
- Experience in data analysis to draw business-appropriate conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Basic knowledge in creating process documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
- Good product thinking, logical thinking, flexibility, agility, work under pressure
Nice to have:
- Have experience in IT industry or have IT/Computer Science degree
- Experience using Figma
- Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
- Fluent in English/French
- A basic understanding of what AI is and a keen interest in AI
