We are seeking talented Freelance PR Managers in Vietnam to join our global communications team for ROBINSON! You will be a key part of our efforts to build relationships with the media, influencers and celebrities, helping to strengthen our brand presence in your market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture media contacts: Build strong relationships with local journalists, influencers and celebrities
• PR event management: Organize and execute press trips and PR events, and collaborations with local influencers and celebrities
• Liaison with the central Comms team: Act as the link between the central communications team and local markets to ensure smooth communication.
• Press Kits & Localization: Prepare and distribute press kits in relevant local languages.
• Bi-weekly conference calls: Participate in regular calls to align on briefings, evaluations, activities, and actions.
• Ensure strategy alignment: Follow the global communication and marketing strategy in your market.
• Monitor & Report: Track and report on local PR activities, providing insights and results.
• Social Media Management: Collaborate with the central team to manage local social media channels, ensuring all content is aligned.

Requirements:

• Strong network within local media, influencer and celebrity communities.
• Experience in organizing press events and managing press relations.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with an international team.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
• Familiarity with the travel and hospitality industry is a plus.

Contract Type: Freelance, invoice-based collaboration

Location: Vietnam (Remote)
