This is not a typical agency leadership role. At Vero, we are building a new business unit in Vietnamand we are looking for a founder-mindset PR leader to create it with us. Whether your roots are in consumer PR or corporate communications, if you have the ambition to build, lead, and inspire, this role is for you.

What Youll Do
- Launch and grow a new business unit at Vero, setting its vision and culture.
- Lead client relationships, win new business, and serve as a trusted strategic partner.
- Develop and deliver bold, creative, and effective PR campaigns.
- Recruit, mentor, and energize a talented team of young professionals.
- Manage budgets and the units P&L with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Build your profile (and Veros) through thought leadership and industry engagement.
- Introduce new ways of working, new tools, and new approaches to communications in Vietnam.

- A PR professional with the ambition to leadtitle and years of experience are flexible.
