Financial Operations Coordinator

Location: CMC Creative Space, District 7, HCM.

Working Hour: Mon – Sat | 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM (Saturday work is occasional, based on workload)

1. Get to know the role: 

This role runs day-to-day operations (including working on continuous process improvement initiatives) to bring financial products to drivers/merchants or company passengers which include but are not limited to the following: 

• Develop and improve company's marketing/communication campaigns. Have an intermediate understanding of planning for best in-app user journeys and experiences. 

• Setting up and optimizing company's assets across in-app / base marketing platforms. Beyond setting up, you will also be responsible for tracking/analyzing the overall performance of company's campaign within our app. 

• Working on continuous process improvement initiatives to build sustainable operation, increase efficiency and achieve cost savings. 

• Support distribution of company's products by working closely with company partners and stakeholders across different functions in the organization. 

• Support Ops Manager in managing the team's warehouse, including working and checking with the warehouse to always ensure adequate level of necessary products. 

• Periodically provide support to Customer by answering customers inquiries.

• Other administrative and clerical tasks as directed by the Manager.

2. The Must-Have

• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Commerce or similar) 

• From 1 year of working experience in lending products/ lending operations/marketing operations field. 

• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, data analysis, reporting, and workflow management.

• Familiarity with key concepts: SOPs, operational risks, NPS, automation.

• Highly detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable with repetitive, process-driven tasks.

• Good team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment. 

• Agile, love solving operational inefficiencies.

3. The Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge in any programming language is a big plus (SQL, Python, R...).

• Good English communication skill.

4. Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: 12,700,000 VND Gross/month

• Service voucher: 300,000 VND/month

• 100% salary in 2-month probation period & full SHUI

• Laptop provided
