Financial Analyst

The ideal candidate will be will act as a true business partner to the Sales & Marketing teams, taking full ownership of GTN process, delivering deep-dive analysis of sales performance, including pricing, VPM and GTN spending, supporting marketing budget management and credit monitoring in collaboration with Business Controller, and ensuring accurate accounting practice. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical acumen, commercial awareness, hands-on experience, system proficiency and a collaborative mindset to help drive financial discipline, investment effectiveness and efficiency to drive profitability growth, and risk management across commercial functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis for Revenue, GTN, pricing and P&L.
• Partner with Sales & Business Controller to support commercial decisions, business simulations and investment planning.
• Manage GTN, trade spend and A&P, including budget control, settlement and ROI analysis.
• Support financial operations, credit management, AR monitoring and internal controls.
• Drive financial risk management, compliance and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields; ACCA/CPA/CFA is a plus.
• 5+ years experience in Business Finance, Audit and/or Corporate Finance.
• 1+ year experience with Power Query, Power BI and Power Automate.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, Excel/Google Sheets, ERP and accounting systems.
• Good knowledge of Accounting, VAT, IFRS/GAAP.
• Strong analytical, business partnering and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication, organization and ability to work under pressure.
