Job Purpose:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst. This role offers the opportunity to be a finance business partner, drive accounting policy compliance, automation, and reconciliation processes.
Accountabilities:
- Perform monthly tasks: accruals, prepayments, posting GL corrections, IFRS16 management, elimination... booking
- Prepare management reports upon request
- Maintain General Ledger Master Data
- Perform financial reports analysis and review to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
- Continuous improvement: define and champion standards & controls, increase finance efficiency
- Manage periodic audits (both internal & external) upon assigned
- Develop auto-based reconciliation and validation tools for financial statements
- Business partner with Finance and non-Finance stakeholders for cross-functional topics
Qualifications:
- University graduate in Finance & Accounting
- CPA, ACCA, CMA qualification is a plus
Experience/skills required:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within an accounting firm or FMCG environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software applications.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards and Vietnamese Accounting Standards.
- Proven ability in effective stakeholder management and relationship building.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Superior time management and organizational abilities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in big data processing is highly desirable.
