Job Description
1. Budgeting & Planning
- Participate in developing the annual budget for the company and its business units (branches, divisions, services, etc.).
- Update and adjust rolling forecasts on a monthly/quarterly basis.
2. Financial & Performance Analysis
- Prepare and analyze P&L reports (by unit, region, customer group, service, etc.).
- Monitor and compare Actual vs Budget vs Forecast.
- Analyze variances in cost, revenue, and profit; provide insights and recommendations to the Board of Directors.
3. Investment & Project Analysis
- Assess the effectiveness of new routes, warehouse investments, and fleet purchases.
- Perform NPV, IRR, and Payback Period calculations.
4. Management Reporting & Strategic Support
- Build financial dashboards (Excel/Power BI/Tableau).
- Provide recommendations on service pricing, cost optimization, and support strategic decisions.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management reports for the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Business Analyst, or Financial Analysis (preferably in logistics, FMCG, or services).
- Solid knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and financial analysis metrics.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, Lookup, Power Query), PowerPoint proficiency.
- Preferably familiar with Power BI/Tableau/SQL for data processing & visualization.
- Strong analytical thinking, data-driven mindset.
- Excellent presentation skills; ability to deliver management reports to senior leaders.
- Good English proficiency (IELTS 6.0+ is a plus).
- Preferred qualifications: CMA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
