Reconcile legacy datasets against incoming platforms to ensure total accuracy across accounting and operational records.
Identify and rectify data variances by collaborating with business, tech, and accounting stakeholders.
Verify core balances, line-item entries, and transaction logs throughout the entire platform transition.
Facilitate the redesign, reconstruction, and quality testing of customized financial reporting tools.
Draft and update standard operating workflows, control documentation, and team training manuals.
Maintain routine finance operations, close processes, statutory filings, and audit queries alongside project work.

Skills & Requirements

Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a business-related discipline.
1-3 years of hands-on experience handling financial workflows, reconciliations, or IT implementation projects.
High competency in advanced Excel functions and comfort working with complex tabular data.
Background handling sub-ledgers, enterprise resource planning (ERP) suites, or governance frameworks is a plus.
Background within banking, capital markets, or insurance sectors is preferred.
Highly organized, self-directed professional with strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
