Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable: Prepare and issue tenant invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
Accounts Payable: Record vendor invoices and process payments accurately and promptly.
General Ledger: Prepare journal entries and assist with financial and management reporting.
Tax & Budget Support: Assist with GST matters, income tax requirements, and budget preparation.
Financial Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, accounting procedures, and financial controls.
Provide support for other finance-related duties as required.

Requirements

Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Experience in finance operations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general ledger functions would be advantageous.
Meticulous, organised, and comfortable handling financial records and documentation.
Good analytical and numerical skills, with strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
