Finance Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

Responsibilities

1. Finance Leadership & Governance

• Take full ownership of finance operations across Vietnam subsidiaries, including accounting, reporting, taxation, and compliance

• Establish and strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks

• Ensure full alignment with group policies and local statutory requirements

2. Accounting & Reporting

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Oversee statutory reporting and financial statement filings for all Vietnam entities

• Deliver transparent and reliable financial reporting to both local management and HQ

3. Tax & Compliance Management

• Oversee all tax matters (VAT, CIT, PIT, etc.), ensuring full compliance with Vietnamese regulations

• Act as the key liaison with tax authorities, auditors, and regulatory bodies

• Proactively identify and mitigate tax and compliance risks, including resolution of audits and findings

4. HQ Partnership & Transformation

• Partner with Group Finance to implement policies, governance frameworks, and strategic initiatives across Vietnam

• Support finance transformation projects, including ERP implementation and reporting enhancements

• Provide expert advisory to HQ on local finance and tax matters

5. Business & Operational Support

• Provide financial insights, cost control, and risk analysis to support business and operational decisions

• Promote financial discipline and performance-driven culture across operations

6. Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead, coach, and develop the local finance and accounting team

• Set clear goals, performance standards, and succession plans

• Build a high-performing, compliant, and scalable finance organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (CPA/ACCA preferred)

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in accounting and/or taxation, with progressive responsibility; experience in FDI or multinational environments is highly preferred

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Vietnam tax regulations, statutory compliance, and financial governance

• Proven experience leading interactions with external auditors and tax authorities

• Taiwanese citizenship required

• Fluent in English

Vietnamese language capability is a plus
