We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee and manage our Finance and Accounting departments. The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Additionally, the candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in manufacturing, and proficiency in SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Oversight & Analysis
- Lead the financial monitoring of all production activities, including COGS, inventory valuation, and WIP.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of production variances (labor, material, and overhead).
- Recommend corrective actions to stakeholders based on variance insights.
- Manage accurate and timely closing activities for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end.
Strategic Planning & Partnership
- Serve as a strategic partner to production leadership, providing data-driven insights for operational decisions.
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for the manufacturing site.
- Collaborate with operations teams to align financial forecasts with production capacity and plans.
- Evaluate investment proposals and CAPEX projects through robust financial modeling and ROI analysis.
Systems & Compliance
- Act as an SAP Key User, ensuring optimal use of the ERP system.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and digital dashboards to track production metrics.
- Ensure all financial operations adhere to internal policies and control frameworks.
- Uphold goals related to safety, environment, quality, and efficiency within your area of responsibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in financial controlling.
- At least 3 years of specialized experience in manufacturing and production finance.
- Expertise in cost accounting, operational finance, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluency in English is essential
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is an advantage.
