1.1. Operational Level
- Build, manage, and control the budget of Agro Division (including coconut purchasing plan).
- Control costs and perform costing activities on ERP (SAP) system.
- Develop and maintain production cost models (Excel) to validate, compare, and detect costing discrepancies on SAP.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making for Agro Team.
- Conduct business case analysis for investments/projects (ROI, NPV, IRR, Payback Period, etc.).
- Monitor investment efficiency and productivity performance.
- Understand and manage BOM (Bill of Materials), including raw materials and recipes, to improve costing accuracy.
1.2. Strategic Level
- Drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives to maximize value and minimize operational risks.
- Analyze and propose strategies for coconut sourcing and farming area development (method, specifications, pricing, volume, etc.).
- Support optimization of production and inventory planning from a financial perspective.
1.3. Digital Transformation
- Develop dashboards and KPI tracking systems to monitor business performance and strategic objectives.
- Define, review, and improve costing methodologies within ERP systems (if applicable).
- Leverage data and technology to enhance financial analysis and decision-making.
1.4. Policy & Process
- Establish and optimize MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) across production, sales, and finance perspectives.
- Develop and standardize costing policies (e.g., special materials, unique costing scenarios).
- Build and improve processes related to production costing and financial control.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Agro/Agriculture industry.
- Strong understanding of product costing and costing methodologies.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Table, Power Query, What-if Analysis).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP Hana preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
