About The Role

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our professional estates management team dedicated to our client in the Financial Institution industry. You will work closely and report to the Lead of the Account in managing the client's portfolio, developing the client service level and providing transactional and operational excellence to the account.

What You'll Do

  • Work within the day-to-day operations of the Estates Management function, ensuring they deliver to time all necessary reporting, transactions and financial reporting requirements.
  • Interface directly with the Client to understand and interpret the Client's needs, the demands and changes within their broader business environment, and investigate and advocate how CBRE can best support the Client.
  • Primarily, the go-to person for lease data and lease finance payment related queries
  • Support transaction needs such as : documentation for lease, approvals for fees or payments, payment process such as creating purchasing orders and entering lease data into client's financial system and good receive process , due diligence checks such WCO, manage the lease admin team in Manila such ensuring the countries are updating the lease management system regularly, accuracy of data in the lease management system, to rectify or manage any lease data inaccuracy in the system, generation of monthly reports and reconciliation of reports with Client's finance reports, abstract check for lease in certain markets
  • Involve in special projects which are related to lease data management
  • Liaise with finance team on any payment related issues
  • Provide all necessary reports to update the payment or charges accordingly.
  • Liaise with other functions within the client's function for data or finance related matters
  • Ability to guide team members on related tasks and monitor accordingly


What You'll Need

  • Qualifications in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related discipline is desirable
  • Relevant estate management or lease payment experience of 3-5 years is preferred.
  • Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude
  • Strong communication and analytical skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to respond effectively
  • Ability to ensure availability and responsive to client's, landlord's, and management's requests or queries on a timely basis
  • Proactively managing customer relationships
  • Fluency in English and local language is a plus
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in addition to being a team player
  • Proactive self-starter with a curious mind set to bring positive change to the team
  • Presents solutions to problems, escalating in a timely manner where necessary.
  • Client centric mind set and driving Customer Service Levels
  • Good attention to details and accustomed to repetitive processes
  • Good time management and multitasking skills, (1) able to work with accuracy under pressure and meet deadlines and (2) start to show understanding on how to manage concurrent tasks in parallel and prioritise accordingly
  • Good analytical skills : qualitative and quantitative with reasonable presentation skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft excel and other Microsoft office tools
  • Sensitive to cross-cultural exposures
