Finance & Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the accountingfinance system, processes, standards, and risk control measures.
• Plan and develop resources, assign OKRs/KPIs, and oversee training and evaluation.
• Build and monitor financial plans, cash flow, and capital efficiency to support business objectives.
• Prepare and consolidate financial statements and management reports; manage budgeting and approvals.
• Analyze and improve cost centers, allocation principles, and P&L reporting across multiple product lines.
• Monitor FX and commodity markets, provide analysis and risk alerts for trading/hedging decisions.
• Support sales and management in pricing, discount control, and evaluating sales/marketing programs.
• Optimize inventory financing and costs with SCM, including markdowns, liquidation, and major purchases.
• Manage company-wide receivables, provisions, debt recovery, and policies in coordination with sales and legal.
• Fulfill statutory Chief Accountant duties under Vietnamese law; prepare reports under IFRS/International standards when required.
• Handle external relations (banks, tax, audit, consultants, ERP vendors); act as ERP key-user in implementation.
• Participate in M&A, joint ventures, and business development projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Auditing (Good grade or above); international certificates (ACCA, CPA) preferred.
• Certified Chief Accountant in Vietnam.
• 3+ years in a similar role, ideally in multi-product, multi-currency manufacturing/trading companies
• ERP & BI experience
• Intermediate+ English (reading/writing).
