Job Summary

The Factory Warehouse Associate Director plays a critical leadership role in overseeing all warehouse operations within the all factories of Masan Consumer Holdings (MCH), ensuring efficient inventory management, material flow, and logistics to support production and distribution goals. This position is responsible for developing and implementing warehouse strategies, optimizing space and resources, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

Build strategic capacity for stock storage
Establish robust warehouse management processes to ensure business continuity and operational resilience.
Review and refine stock management policies
Minimize operational risks across all MCH factories through improved inventory control.
Develop and implement standardized operational procedures across factories
Lead digital transformation initiatives
Ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality in production and logistics.
Monitor and enforce compliance with operational procedures among employees and contractors
Recommend and implement effective controls to prevent asset loss and enhance accountability.
Serve as the key liaison between the Supply Planning and Sales teams
Ensure alignment and maintain high service levels to meet customer expectations.
Initiate and lead cost-saving projects focused on logistics operations.
Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
